The size of the circuit board is..1-7/8" long X 1-1/4" aprox. also included is a copy of the artical from W1FB'S QRP NOTE BOOK 1991 This is a nice little S-Meter kit and the price is...$15.00 BAND PASS FILTER KIT Here is a nice band pass filter kit for receivers This is not for transmitters...only receivers PASS FILTER KITS Here are some nice band pass filter kits...these are for receiver band pass only..( the windings in the if cans will not take much current so these are not for transmitter band pass filters) The band pass filter here is based on a artical by Chip Owens NW0O and not sure what publication the artical was in..but you can check the JULY 1990 issue of QRP Quarterly mag. The band pass filter boards here were designed for a kit that is no longer in production but some extra boards around so made up some band pass filter kits to use up the rest of the boards The little board is silk screened and simple to put together...the size of the board is......3/4" wide by 2-3/4" long...and the kits offered here include the board and the 2 cans and all the capacitors..( they are all npo types ) and a copy of the artical in the pic...this is a simple but effective band pass filter Note: The if cans used in the kits offered here are a different brand than what the article calls for but work fine.. Meyer > Here is a 10-15 watt antenna tuner kit This antenna tunner covers from 3.5-30mhz and with a little more inductance and capacitance would cover 160 meters.... This tunner also will work for those that want a tuner for SWL or for those that are into QRP and need a 10-15 watt ant tuner. This is your basic T-Type antenna tuner and also you could add a small 4:1 balun and make it even better PARTS LIST BELOW 2 SMALL 240 PF Poly caps. See photo on how to connect the sections of the poly caps in Parallel to get 240pf..also..make sure ..make sure you use the 3 lugs on poly cap where it says R.O.C. X N....Just look at photo with meter and you be ok..better yet..right click the photo and save to your pc for a reference. Also just remember to hook a piece of hook up wire from one outside lug on cap to the other out side lug on cap..then you will have only 1 connection to either left or right on out side of cap and one connection to center lug on cap. of course you have to solder the wires to the cap. Please note that the little lugs on poly caps do not take a lot of bending back and forth..or they break..just something more to remember. Just take your time..refer to fig 1 on instruction page and you will be ok. One more thing..when you are using to tuner to adj a ant to your little transmitter..start out with the smallest out put you can and work your way up to your total output...all ant's do not tune up the same.So what you have to be aware of when using small caps like these is not to blow the plates and if you take your time and use tunner correct the little caps will take 10-15 watts if you have a decent swr. 1 PIECE 1 POLE-12 POSITION ROTARY 1/4" Shaft Switch with all mounting hard ware Note: There is a pin in center of the 12 postion switch..this is your common point...the other positions or lugs on the outer part of switch are the postions on switch etc 1-12 15 FEET NO. 20 MAGNET WIRE 2 PIECES...T80-2 IRON POWDER CORES 1 PIECE T68-6 IRON POWDER CORE 2 PIECES AMP BNC PANEL MOUNT CONECTORS..WITH ALL HARDWARE 3 knobs. 1 pointer knob for 12 postion switch. 2 black 1-1/8" dia. knobs for the poly caps. All the knobs have set screws. 1 DPDT SWITCH.. 1 47PF 500 VOLT SM CAP THIS WILL HELP YOU EXTEND DOWN TO 160 METERS} 1 SHEET OF INSTRUCTIONS also included are 2 pieces 1/4" adapters with machine screw for the poly caps so you can use the knobs supplied and also include the metric mounting screws for the poly caps. Also included is a hunk of No.20 hook up wire..very nice tinned wire...used to connect from switch to torrids.
